By and large, it was top rated and great value place with top-class staff in the night shift. Marvellous central location near to very good restaurants and shopping malls at walking distance, botanic gardens, Orchard Road and public transport and many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Perfect hotel with carpeted rooms, decent views of the greenery. Staff outstandingly accommodating, in the night shift. Very central location, at walking distance from Ngee Ann City Mall. Just off botanic gardens as well as shopping, restaurants and coffee and the shopping centre. Great to have an indoor restaurant for breakfast...

The pool was very relaxed and the room (on the side of the pool) after upgrade also.
The superior room we initially had was very disappointing. Outdated and view of a huge construction where the work starts early in the morning. Then we did an upgrade for 30 dollars and had a nice room

Location
Staff was not professional and not supported (although they know we are couple, they gave us a twin room!!). Internet was too expensive. There was a connection door with one noisy neighbour who woke us up while we were sleep :(

The dining options around Far East were a culinary feast! I loved chowing down on some delish Japanese at Akashi and grabbing a quick bite at Brewerkz. Plus. The complimentary laundry was a lifesaver, too.
A tad disappointed with the room's vibe-furniture feels a bit worn out. And don't get me started on the front office wait time-could've used a bit more hustle there! But the pool area was lovely, just needed a little more attention from staff.

This place always suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a pool are just what I need. I remember how the staff assisted me with plug adaptors on my first stay. Highly recommend!
